Welcome to Tangled Garden where herbs and fruit are transformed into jewel-like jellies and flavourful vinegars to enhance simple fare or gourmet meals.

We create special herb jellies such as Raspberry Lavender and Garlic Rosemary. We also produce delicious jams, chutneys, mustards, vinegars and liqueurs. All are made using fresh herbs from our garden and fruit from the surrounding fertile Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia.

Tangled Garden began 20 years ago with a handyman special on one acre of land in Grand Pre in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. The property now features our home, herb garden, labyrinth, gallery and a production kitchen where our jellies etc., are made and sold.

Fresh herbs are picked daily from our garden from late Spring to early Winter. Fruit from local farms and orchards and wine from local wineries areused to make the jellies in small batches, six jars at a time.

All this ensures intense, unique flavours and quality. Beverly's restaurant background led her to the taste of fresh herbs and the images of a fresh sprig suspended in a shimmering jelly appealed to her artistic sensibility.
